About Lauren

What I eventually discovered was that the hardest part of leadership is learning to understand yourself.

Over the years, my curiosity about human psychology has become an obsession—understanding how our inner experience shapes our outer reality, and what actually helps people change.

I've spent years studying it through books, attending programs like Hoffman and Landmark, training with master coaches and accredited organizations like Co-Active Training Institute and the Conscious Leadership Group, and learning how to guide people to clarity both individually and in groups.

I bring all of it to the leaders I work with.

Because leaders who understand their whole selves—the light and the dark—don't just build more valuable companies. They build trusting teams, high-performance cultures, and outlier impacts on the world around them.

I know what it's like to care deeply. About the people I work with. The customers we serve. The way I show up in the world.

I've led 40+ person teams through hypergrowth. Navigated the chaos of startups from Series B to IPO. Run customer success at a climate tech unicorn. Launched a podcast on CX and AI with Salesforce that topped the charts. And even started a nonprofit to fight plastic pollution—with dance parties in the street (true story).

I've carried the energy of a big vision many times over.

And I've also found myself in the same place many of my clients come to me in, more times than I can count—trapped in the prison of my own mind, caught between a dream I couldn't wait to realize and the paralyzing indecision of where to go from here.
