When a team is stuck, it's rarely because they lack talent. It's because something's misaligned—priorities, communication, how work actually flows between people. I work with teams to improve cross-functional collaboration and redesign systems that enable people to do their best work while driving outlier outcomes for customers.
After 18 years in customer experience, I firmly believe that the way a team operates on the inside directly impacts the experience a customer has and how loyal they will become.
I'm not a consultant who shows up with a deck and dictates from the sidelines. I'm a leader myself who walks in my clients' shoes. I bring that experience into every room, combining organizational design methodology with IDEO design thinking structures to create workshops that are focused, energizing, and surprisingly fun.
